Dentsply Sirona is set to make job cuts at its York, Pa.-based office, according to the Central Penn Business Journal.

Here are three things to know:

1. The dental manufacturer is slashing jobs in order to get its business back on track.

2. This follows Dentsply Sirona's announcement of a new U.S. commercial hub in Charlotte, N.C., according to York Daily Record.

With the opening of a new hub, Dentsply Sirona expected to add 320 positions over three years.

3. Dentsply Sirona's third quarter revenues took an 8 percent decline year-over-year to $928.4 million. To combat the losses, the company also plans to implement a comprehensive plan that addresses revenue growth, improves margins and simplifies the business.
