Keystone Dental signed a definitive agreement to merge with Paltop Advanced Dental Solutions, an Israeli-based dental implant company.

Here are three details:

1. The two companies will merge operations to form a global dental implant player with nearly $50 million in combined revenues.

2. Deals of the merger were not disclosed. However, Accelmed Growth Partners invested $20 million in the merger, which is dedicated to growth acceleration initiatives.

3. Keystone Dental is one of the largest independent dental implant companies in the U.S., and Paltop Advanced Dental Solutions has expertise in precision manufacturing and digital dentistry solutions.
