Three notes:
1. Previously, Ms. Van Ham served as the president and CEO of UnitedHealthcare in Illinois.
2. Prior to joining UnitedHealthcare, Ms. Van Ham spent time as a lead consultant with Mercer in Chicago, Los Angles and Seattle.
3. Ms. Van Ham is a board member of the Chicagoland and Illinois Chambers of Commerce and Executives' Club of Chicago.
