Massachusetts oral surgeon purchases office building for $2.35M

The owner of Wayland (Mass.) Oral Surgery purchased the medical office building the practice resides in for $2.35 million, according to the Worcester Business Journal.

Yong Han Koo, DDS, runs Wayland Oral Surgery. He acquired the building through a limited liability corporation. Dr. Koo closed the deal Sept. 13.

In 2005, the seller purchased the properly for $508,000. After building a three-story, 5,800-square-foot building, the building was assessed and valued at $1 million.

Dr. Koo is a diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He earned his doctor of dental surgery degree at New York City-based Columbia University School of Dental and Oral Surgery and then completed his residency at Yale New Haven (Conn.) Hospital.
