How a North Carolina dentist is improving patient experience with membership programs

Jordan Thomas, DDS, opened a new practice in Whitsett, N.C., that offers patients membership programs, according to Blue Ridge Now.

At LTR Dental, patients can make appointments on Saturdays. The dental practice is open between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m., providing patients cleanings, exams, X-rays, crowns, implants, fillings, Invisalign, whitening and more.

Patients can also enroll in a $25 per-month membership to get two cleanings and an exam a year. Any necessary X-rays are also provided along with 20 percent off other services. For $40 a month, patients can receive the same benefits plus all necessary emergency exams. Patients will also receive $240 in credits to be used for treatments.

A pediatric member costs $20 a month and includes two cleanings and exams a year as well as two fluoride treatments, all necessary emergency exams and 20 percent off other services.
