10 states most, least slowed down by COVID-19

Hawaii, New York and New Jersey are the top three states slowing down due to COVID-19, according to a new WalletHub report.

WalletHub used Google data to compare the 50 states across six metrics measuring the percentage increase or decrease in visits to various types of places, such as retail businesses, workplaces and parks, due to the pandemic.
