Christopher Bereznak, DDS, was sentenced April 20, after it was alleged at trial that the dentist initiated a sexual relationship with a young woman who had posted an ad on Craigslist looking for a “sugar daddy.” Dr. Bereznak provided the woman with prescriptions for controlled substances in exchange for intimacy and sex.

The dentist was fined $5,000, had his license suspended and will be under probation for three years after he is released from prison.
