National Dentex acquires Ohio dental lab

Dental lab network National Dentex has acquired Swan Dental Lab in Brunswick, Ohio.

After closing the deal, National Dentex will consolidate its nearby NDX Salem lab’s operations at the Swan Dental facility, according to an April 25 news release.

Swan Dental Lab will be renovated and renamed NDX Cleveland.

The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
