Four Corners Property Trust, a real estate investment trust, recently acquired a Heartland Dental property for $3 million.
The Kansas property is under a triple net lease with approximately eight years left, according to a May 27 news release.
The transaction was priced at a 6.1 percent capitalization rate, exclusive of transaction costs.
