The New York State Dental Association named Prabha Krishnan, DDS, as vice president.
Dr. Krishnan has served in the role since July 11, according to a July 24 news release.
In addition to the New York State Dental Association role, Dr. Krishnan is also chief of periodontics at Flushing Hospital Medical Center in New York City and a member of the Indian Dental Association board of trustees, according to the release.
