David Brooks, DMD, of Brookside Dental in Orem, Utah, is the first dentist in the state to use the Yomi Robotic Dental System for dental implant surgery, the Daily Herald reported Aug. 9.
The Yomi Robotic Dental System is the only FDA-cleared robot-assisted dental surgery system in the U.S.
Dr. Brooks told the Daily Herald he has performed more than 100 implants with the robot in 2022.
