A private equity firm, DSO and a dental group made acquisitions of dental companies in September.
Three deals to know:
1. BlackRock Long Term Private Capital acquired a majority interest in Lincoln, Neb.-based Paradigm Oral Health, which partners with oral surgeons and allows them to use its practice management technology platform while maintaining their brand.
2. Gen4 Dental Partners acquired Bay Area Dental, a multilocation practice in the San Francisco Bay Area.
3. Orange, Calif.-based Brident Dental & Orthodontics acquired Royal Dental in Houston.
