1. Mint Dentistry will open its first Chicago-area office Oct. 21.
2. Dntl Bar opened its fifth dental office in New York City.
3. Affordable Care opened an Affordable Dentures & Implants practice in El Paso, Texas.
4. Rodeo Dental & Orthodontics opened its 34th Texas location in Stafford.
5. Affordable Care opened an Affordable Dentures & Implants practice in Oak Ridge, Tenn.
6. Tend opened an office in Nashville, its first location in Tennessee.
7. Comfort Dental Group opened two locations, one in Tempe, Ariz., and the other in Oklahoma City.
