1. Sacramento, Calif.-based Straine acquired its first practice in Idaho, marking its 17th state.
2. Chicago-based Phase 1 Equity added a multi-site orthodontic practice in North Dakota to its network.
3. Roseville, Minn.-based Park Dental Partners agreed to acquire Village Family Dental DSO in a deal worth up to $46 million.
4. Boca Raton, Fla.-based Sage Dental acquired nine practices in Florida from Monticciolo Family and Sedation Dentistry.
