1. Morrisville, N.C.-based Affordable Care opened offices in Greensburg, Ross Township and Robinson Township.
2. New Hyde Park, N.Y.-based Dental365 added Dynamic Growth, a group with six dental practices throughout the state. It also acquired Cirocco Dental Center in Center Valley.
3. Greenwood Village, Colo.-based ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers opened its 101st center in Chadds Ford.
4. Effingham, Ill.-based Heartland Dental added Wexford (Pa.) Dental Arts.
