Jeffrey Koziel. President of Dental Care Alliance (Sarasota, Fla.). Mr. Koziel has been president of Dental Care Alliance since 2020. He has helped grow the company to more than 400 affiliated practices. Prior to joining the DSO, Mr. Koziel served as senior vice president of pharmacy and retail operations at Walgreens.
Joe Lichty. Vice President of Marketing of Spark Dental Management (West Chester, Pa.). Mr. Lichty has been the vice president of marketing of Spark Dental Management since 2022. He is skilled in graphic design, advertising and digital marketing. Prior to his current role, Mr. Lichty served as director of marketing for the company.
Jeff McCall. CEO of Great Lakes Dental Partners (Chicago). Mr. McCall has been the CEO of Great Lakes Dental Partners since 2019. He is experienced in financial modeling, strategic planning and business development. Mr. McCall has helped grow the DSO to more than 40 affiliated practices.
Jerry Ellis. Vice President of Call Center Operations of Western Dental & Orthodontics (Orange, Calif.). Mr. Ellis has been in his current role with Western Dental & Orthodontics since 2020. He is skilled in process improvement, performance management and business development. Mr. Ellis has more than 30 years of call center experience in the hospitality, financial services, telecommunication and retail industries.
Jonathan Jardine. CEO of Special Need Dental (San Antonio). Mr. Jardine has been the CEO of Special Need Dental since 2022. He is skilled in financial modeling, valuation and private equity. Special Need Dental provides comprehensive and inclusive dental care to patients with intellectual and developmental disabilities and other special needs.
Jeremy Jonckheere. Vice President of Strategic Payer Partnerships of Pacific Dental Services (Irvine, Calif.). Mr. Jonckheere has been vice president of strategic payer partnerships of Pacific Dental Services since 2022. He is responsible for driving profitable revenue growth, pricing innovation and strategic partnerships with payer groups. Mike Freimuth, DDS. Dentist and Owner of ProSmile (Wheat Ridge, Colo.). Dr. Freimuth has been the owner and a practicing dentist of ProSmile since 1994. He has built a laboratory at his office, allowing him to work directly with the dental technician to ensure high quality care. Dr. Freimuth is a fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and a diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology.
Minou Karbakhsch, DDS, PhD. Owner and Periodontist of MK Periodontics and Implants (Tacoma, Wash.). Dr. Karbakhsch is the owner and a periodontist at MK Periodontics and Implants. She has also been a professor at the University of Washington School of Dentistry in Seattle. Dr. Karbakhsch is a member of the Academy of Osseointegration, the American Academy of Periodontology and the Washington State Dental Association.
