Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Dental Medicine in El Paso launched its inaugural dental dean's council.
The council will help Richard Black, DDS, founding dean of the school, raise the school's engagement with the community and expand its network, according to a May 2 news release from the university.

- Teresa Montoya. Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of GECU
- Shari Schwartz. Community Advocate
- VJ Smith. Stakeholder Engagement Manager of Marathon Petroleum
