Irvine, Calif.-based Smile Brands CEO Steve Bilt and Dallas-based Mint Dentistry CEO Clint Rachal were recently included on Comparably's "Best CEO" for women and diversity lists.
The two CEOs were listed under the large company categories for each list, which were released June 12 and 13, respectively.
Both lists were created using 15 million employee sentiment ratings across 70,000 companies.
