Here are three acquisitions that took place in the dental industry in July:
1. New Hyde Park, N.Y.-based Premier Care Dental Management acquired Southborough (Mass.) Dental Associates.
2. Nashville-based Montecito Medical acquired a medical office property that is occupied by three provider groups, including Smile Doctors.
3. Alpharetta, Ga.-based Foundation Dental Partners acquired 10 practices in Tennessee and Kentucky.
