Alberto Alanis Flores and Jose Alfredo Uzeta allegedly operated the practice out of a second-story office space in Houston. The front door of the building allegedly did not have a business or doctor’s name posted on it, according to the report.

A unnamed source told the news organization that the Houston Police Department first showed up to the building Dec. 4 to investigate a report of sexual assault. The police officers then learned that the two men did not have a license to practice dentistry.

Mr. Uzeta was also charged with indecent assault for allegedly assaulting a patient during her visit.
