Colorado Springs, Colo.-based Professional Transition Strategies, a company focused on dental practice purchases and mergers and acquisitions, facilitated 103 dental practice transitions in 2023.
The more than 100 transitions completed had a collective value of $345 million, according to a Feb. 21 news release from the company.
One of the company's largest transitions of 2023 was a rollup of nine like-minded practices, which transacted for a total enterprise value of more than $40 million.
