Gentle Dental, a subsidiary of Inglewood, Calif.-based DSO InterDent, has closed an office in Seattle, West Seattle Blog reported March 28.
Patients were reportedly sent an email announcement that the office would close March 29 and were told to contact another location in the city for their dental records.
An employee at the office confirmed to Becker's that the office was closing March 29 but could not give a reason why.
Gentle Dental has more than 100 offices in eight states.
