East Syracuse, N.Y.-based Aspen Dental opened a new practice in St. Johns, Fla., on March 5, which is being run by Yasodhara Vadlamudi, DDS.

Mentor, Ohio-based Empire Dental Arts announced March 3 that it has acquired Papich-Forsyth DDS Associates, which is operated by Maria Papich-Forsyth, DDS.

Jesse Varoz, DDS, and Greg LoPour, DDS, are claiming the cost of certain products used at their practices have increased between 25 percent to 50 percent since the coronavirus outbreak went global.

A member of the American Dental Association received a phishing email from an address impersonating ADA President Chad Gehani, DDS, and with a link to view “membership details.”
