Here are eight updates on the oral surgery field since August:
- Southlake, Texas-based Allied OMS expanded into the Greater Austin market by partnering with Heart of Texas Oral Surgery. The company also secured a $245 million senior secured credit facility in August.
- Irving, Texas-based U.S. Oral Surgery Management added 10 oral and maxillofacial surgeons to its partner practices across eight states. It also expanded its network into Nebraska, its 31st state.
- Greater Washington Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery opened a new practice location in Stafford, Va.
- Hackensack, N.J.-based MAX Surgical Speciality Management continued its growth by partnering with two new practices in Pennsylvania.
- Shamis & Gentile, a class action law firm specializing in data breach cases, announced that it is investigating a breach that recently took place at West Texas Oral Facial Surgery.
- Phoenix-based Salt Dental Partners opened two oral surgery offices in Oklahoma and Washington.
