Alabama man arrested for attempted burglary at orthodontics office

A man was recently arrested and charged with breaking into an orthodontics office in Mobile, Ala., WKRG reported Dec. 16.

​​The Mobile Police Department was called to the practice around 4 a.m. on Dec. 14 in response to a report of an audible alarm.

David Malcolm Malik Hale, 28, was arrested after allegedly being seen walking from the back of McMurphy Orthodontics. He was charged with attempt to elude, third-degree attempted burglary and failure to obey.
