Arizona dentist’s license suspended for using pliers during surgery

An Arizona dentist’s license has been suspended after he allegedly used household pliers to remove a patient’s tooth, ABC 15 reported Nov. 25.

A dental assistant who worked for the dentist reported the incident, along with other allegations. 

The dentist, who was not named, is suspended pending a hearing with the board.
