The administrative office of Smileland Dental in Bakersfield, Calif., was heavily damaged in a fire, KGET reported Sept. 10.
Dozens of firefighters were called to the scene around 7:30 a.m. local time on Sept. 10. No injuries were reported, and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
KGET reported that the building appeared to be heavily damaged by the flames.
