Riviera Smiles, which has been based in Montecito for 12 years, is taking over the practice of Loren Churchman, DDS.
The two practices spent the past several months merging patients and staff, and Riviera Smiles began seeing patients at the new location in July.
The practice provides services including general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, cosmetic dentistry and dental implants, according to its website.
