California man posing as dental hygienist arrested

A 32-year-old Los Angeles man was arrested for pretending to be a dental hygienist, according to an Aug. 30 report by The Rogersville Review

Daniel Mullen went to the Smiles dental clinic in Church Hill, Tenn., and examined a woman’s teeth in the waiting area after claiming to be a dental hygienist. 

The arresting officer said Mr. Mullen was filming a documentary on how Coke and Pepsi destroy one’s teeth and cause other health issues.

Mr. Mullen was charged with impersonating a licensed professional. He was released from the Hawkins County Jail on $5,000 bond, the report said.
