CareQuest Institute for Oral Health is a nonprofit organization that champions oral health by providing solutions to the nation’s healthcare system. The Commonwealth Institute’s award recognizes female leaders for their accomplishments and impact.
Before joining CareQuest, Dr. Minter-Jordan was the chief medical officer and CEO of the Dimock Center in Boston, where she helped the center be recognized as a leader in integrated health and human services. She was also an attending physician and instructor at Johns Hopkins in Baltimore.
Dr. Minter-Jordan was selected out of more than 100 nominations. The Commonwealth Institute will also honor 10 other women with an award. They will be honored with the awards in September during a virtual celebration.
