The lawsuit was filed by Charlie Grandt, office manager of the practice from 2017 to 2020; it accuses Ben Bailey, DMD, of abusive behavior toward female staff.
Ms. Grandt reported Dr. Bailey to her employer in August 2020 and was fired a few days later for “soliciting complaints” from other staff members about Dr. Bailey, according to the lawsuit.
Dr. Bailey’s license is still active and has no history of disciplinary records.
When KRDO reached out to the practice, the current office manager and Dr. Bailey said they were not aware of the lawsuit or allegations and both declined to comment, the report said.
