A Connecticut orthodontist is celebrating his 50th year in business, The Chronicle reported June 5.

Mark Pollack, DDS, of Pollack Orthodontics, will soon receive a proclamation from the Town of Windham for serving patients since 1975.

Dr. Pollack provides annual scholarships to students who have either excelled in science or plan to pursue a science degree in honor of his father, who was also a dentist.

He told The Chronicle he has no plans to retire soon.

At the Becker's 5th Annual Future of Dentistry Roundtable, taking place September 14-15 in Chicago, dental leaders and executives will gain insights into emerging technologies, practice growth strategies and the evolving landscape of dental care delivery, with a focus on innovation, patient experience and operational excellence.
