CrownPoint Partners, a real estate brokerage and advisory firm, recently closed a dental sale-leaseback portfolio in Ohio for $5.47 million.
The portfolio includes five properties in Mansfield, Warren, Sidney, Akron and Eaton, according to a Sept. 8 news release.
The firm said the transaction shows continued appetite for dental and medical real estate, adding that Ohio offers valuable opportunities for investment.
