Danaher preps $100M IPO for dental business

Danaher Corp.’s dental business Envista Holdings filed documents on July 22 to go public.

Envista submitted a preliminary prospectus for a $100 million initial public offering. Danaher announced June 27 that it planned to create a new entity out of its dental business.

Envista has positioned itself in the dental implants, orthodontics, dental equipment and consumables market. The operating companies within Envista are Nobel Biocare Systems, KaVo Kerr and Ormco.
