Delta Dental of Rhode Island CEO to retire

Delta Dental of Rhode Island President and CEO Joseph Nagle will retire July 1, according to the Providence Journal.

Mr. Nagle is stepping down after 27 years with the dental benefits provider. Delta Dental’s Chief Sales Officer Joseph Perroni will succeed Mr. Nagle.

During his tenure, Mr. Nagle tripled Delta Dental’s membership and increased the company’s financial reserves to $137 million. Delta Dental’s revenue exceeded $270 million under Mr. Nagle’s leadership.
