Delta Dental’s expansion project would span 100,000 square feet to accommodate more than 400 employees. Construction is expected to last two years, beginning in the spring of 2020.
The dental insurer proposed paying for the cost of construction upfront but having the city grant Delta Dental a tax break on its property taxes, Stevens Point Journal reports.
The city’s finance committee will vote on the project May 13.
