SPG Dental Implant Centers recently closed on new credit facilities with KeyBank National Association.

The deal includes a revolving credit facility that will be used to support working capital needs and expansion efforts, according to a June 9 news release. The company said it also refinanced its existing debt with KeyBank to get improved terms and a lower cost of capital.

SPG said it plans to use proceeds from the facilities to further refinance its debts and expand its network, which includes nearly 50 offices in 26 states.
