Marianna Kovitch, DDS, currently practices at Buckhead Dental Group in Atlanta. She has asked Cobb County officials for permission to rezone the property from residential to low-rise office for her dental practice.
The county’s zoning division previously recommended a permit be granted to Dr. Kovitch, which would allow Dr. Kovitch to run her practice out of the building while the property remains zoned for residential use, the news organization reported.
The Cobb Planning Commission will consider Dr. Kovitch’s request during a Feb. 6 meeting.
The property is currently listed for sale at $1.25 million.
