The property has been used for several other businesses since the unsolved killings took place, but they never stayed open for more than a couple of months. Discussions about redevelopment also never came to fruition, according to Speedway Town Council President Vince Noblet.

Da Dental Partners purchased the property for $350,000. Ashwani Sharma, DDS, will begin building his dental practice after the building is demolished in January.
