Cincinnati Oral, Maxillofacial and Dental Implant Surgery’s practice manager reported several doses of fentanyl missing in late October.

Investigators believe Brittany Roehm, an employee at the practice, emptied 10 vials of fentanyl and refilled them with saline between Sept. 6 and Oct. 18, 2019.

A jury indicted Ms. Roehm on two felony charges: theft of drugs and tampering with drugs. She pleaded not guilty Jan. 10 and is due back in court Jan. 22.
