Dentists’ confidence in the recovery of the US economy reaches highest mark of 2023

Dentists are the most confident they have been in the recovery of their own practice and of the U.S. economy since the start of 2023, according to a poll from the American Dental Association’s Health Policy Institute.

The ADA’s monthly “Economic Outlook and Emerging Issues in Dentistry” poll asks respondents to gauge their confidence in the economic recovery of their own practice, the dental care sector and the U.S. economy. 

Here is the percentage of respondents who have answered that they were “very” or “somewhat” confident in the recovery of each field since the start of 2023:
