Gabriel Holdwick, DDS, has acquired the dental practice of James Hirn, DDS, according to a July 26 report from Huron Daily Tribune.
Both dentists’ practices are located in Harbor Beach, Mich. Dr. Holdwick is planning to merge patients from the two practices at Dr. Hirn’s office, which is a larger facility than his current location.
Dr. Hirn will remain as an employee for two years before retiring. The entire staff of Dr. Hirn’s practice is also being retained by Dr. Holdwick’s practice.
The main goals of the acquisition are for Dr. Holdwick to increase capacity to provide dental services to more patients, the report said.
