Dr. Donly is a professor and chair of the department of developmental dentistry at UT Health San Antonio. He is currently a diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, past president of the American Society of Dentistry for Children and past president of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.
