Rasmussen Family Dentistry has purchased the practice of Matthew Allen, DDS, who has retired after 60 years in dentistry, according to a June 4 report from Cape Coral Breeze.
The practice, located in Fort Myers, Fla., will be led by Nicole Rasmussen, DMD. Rosmery Mendoza, DMD, will join Dr. Rasmussen at the location.
The acquisition marks Rasmussen Family Dentistry’s third location, as it also has practice in Cape Coral and North Fort Myers, Fla.
Rasmussen Family Dentistry was founded in 2016, the report said.
