Westchase Smiles Institute has purchased a building in Tampa, Fla., to relocate its practice, according to a Sept. 27 report from Business Observer.
The practice purchased the 3,000-square-foot standalone building for $1.1 million.
Westchase Smiles Institute is led by Cesar Chilmaza, DDS, according to the practice’s website.
The building was previously occupied by an OB/GYN practice, the report said.
