A jury convicted Charles Stamitoles, DDS, in October for inappropriately touching an employee without her consent in May.
Dr. Stamitoles will spend 270 days in jail and pay $625 in court fees and $1,350 in restitution. A judge also ordered Dr. Stamitoles to have no contact with the employee in the case.
Dr. Stamitoles still faces several other charges of inappropriately touching employees and patients.
