Hugo Milto Perez, 56, has allegedly been practicing unlicensed dentistry from a trailer and a home in Kissimmee, Fla., according to an arrest warrant cited by WOFL.

Pictures accompanying the affidavit show a dentist chair, special overhead lighting, a lab area and an X-ray machine inside a garage. One patient said he paid $25 for an exam including X-rays, reports WOFL.

“He was doing cleanings, cavities, caps, and more,” Osceola County (Fla.) Sheriff Marcos Lopez told WOFL. “He did have quite a bit of clientele.”

Mr. Perez was once a licensed dentist in the Dominican Republic but isn’t licensed in the U.S., according to investigators.
