Zack Miller, DDS, has opened a practice in an office that was previously abandoned by another orthodontist, WFLA reported July 22.
Gutierrez Orthodontics in Tampa, Fla., closed unexpectedly for several weeks in 2023. Patients alleged that the dentist, Alex Gutierrez, DDS, did not respond to questions about outstanding procedures. Dr. Gutierrez was later arrested on a probation violation, and the practice never reopened.
Dr. Miller leased the office from Dr. Gutierrez earlier this year. He opened Miller Orthodontics in May.
