An Atlanta man who referred to himself as a “top veneer specialist” has pleaded not guilty to practicing dentistry without a license, WSB-TV reported Jan. 27.

Investigators raided the offices of A List Smiles Atlanta in October 2024. They later laid out more than 100 charges against Brandon Dillard, including violation of the Georgia RICO Act, theft, battery, possession of dangerous drugs, commercial gambling and conspiracy. The charges are for cosmetic procedures Mr. Dillard allegedly performed between 2021 and 2024, during which he was also sent a cease and desist letter from the Georgia Board of Dentistry.

Mr. Dillard reportedly waived an arraignment that was scheduled for Jan. 26 and pleaded not guilty to the charges. His next court date has not yet been scheduled.
