1. The phony dentist faces 48 indictments for practicing dentistry without a license, insurance fraud and falsifying prescriptions.
2. Investigators allege the woman’s illegal dentistry began seven years ago. Charges against the woman date back to 2013.
3. After being charged several times in Paulding County, she recently moved to Cobb County, Ga., where she was arrested Aug. 23.
4. Investigators claim the phony dentist damaged 18 victims’ teeth.
